A stunning ice skate birthday cake, made with love and great attention to detail – including the toe pick! I try to retain as much cake as possible, including the blade as cake, cutting it out by hand to make it as striking as possible. The cake is finished with a royal icing base made to look like the ice and a hand piped, hand painted keepsake sugar plaque.
