We were delighted to make Leanne and James’ engagement cake. A pistachio and cherry triple layer covered in ivory icing with their initials and sugar hearts applied like confetti tumbling down the cake. To match delicious chocolate ganache cupcakes in milk and creamy dark chocolate, filled and topped with a generous swirl and the same sugar hearts in ivory and burgundy. Finished with a subtle sprinkling of cake sparkles!

Patisserie style Crocquembouche Wedding Cake
We can now offer this wonderful centrepiece, a piece montee for your wedding, Christening, birthday or celebration. A stunning and unique French patisserie style crocquembouche wedding cake. Glittering spun sugar curls around the delicious choux buns, generously filled with aromatic, creamy crème patissiere. As tradition suggests, the crocquembouche is standing proudly on a bed of delicious, fresh nougatine, made with rich, toasted quality almonds. Triangles of moulded nougatine decorates the arrangement, piped with royal icing and set with caramel.
The crocquembouche, which means crack in the mouth, is finished with a beautiful golden ribbon, a golden bow, cake sparkles and some truly delicious sugared almonds from Italy, provided by our friend, The Favour Gallery.
Cherry Blossom Wedding Cake with hand made love birds
A stunning three tier wedding cake decorated with little blue cherry blossoms to match the wedding colour scheme and hand made love birds, painted and dusted with gold and blue.
Our bride and groom found the Japanese kana writing to compliment the theme of their cake, we made it into sugar! Every blossom, bud, leaf and branch is made from sugar and is all edible. It is our pleasure to make such a unique cake for such a wonderful couple.
Corporate Product launch Logo Cupcakes
We made 90 of these delicious cupcakes in chocolate, lemon and carrot for a prestigious local company for the launch of their important new product.
Each cake was filled and topped with a generous swirl of lightly whipped butter cream and was decorated with a sugar disk showing the logo of the new device and cake sparkles.
Delivered by hand in good time and in speciality packaging to ensure freshness and optimum presentation, the cakes were well received and … apparently, all gone by lunchtime!

What a lovely way to celebrate your Peppa fan’s birthday than as her house as a cake! A wonderful home with flowers growing around the front door and in the garden, the pathway as the number 3 for Libby’s birthday and of course … a muddy puddle for the family to have super fun jumping up and down and getting all lovely and muddy. Stegosaurus Dinosaur birthday cake
Isn’t she wonderful? We really enjoyed making this sweet Mummy Stegosaurus with her hatching eggs. Inspired by Benjamin’s enthusiasm for a real dinosaur, but in blue, like his party cups and plates, we made this charming cake for him to enjoy on his birthday.

We use plenty of nuts and fill with generous amounts of jam, this new combination, introduced to us by a Canadian bride, is a feast of flavours, and will be gone too quickly ……
A day long wonky wedding cake
This super wonky cake is so personal, yet would appeal to so many people. The colour story flows through the cake, from dawn at the bottom in all its glorious colours, with the newly awake calling birds, to the working day, with the coach travelling into the city, (our Groom, Alan, is a coach driver!) From the working day through to the garden in the afternoon (our Bride, Tina’s favourite place to be) to the end of the day at midnight with the stars and an explosion of black and white, night and day hearts of love (for each other!)
