Our fun Ben and Holly cake is made with hand made sugar models and hand cut leaves and blossoms, arranged and presented with a hand made sugar plaque.  The moist and light chocolate sponge, or vanilla if you prefer, is delicious and finished with a double satin ribbon and cake sparkles for that fairy magic touch.
