Multi Birthday Cake – for 5 birthday noughties!

Five people have birthday noughties – 20th, 50th, 60th and two 70th birthdays, celebrated with this original and unique cake.  Each birthday celebrant has their own island with hand made pieces representing them and their interests, whether a handbag and shoes girl, a golf enthusiast or an important hip surgeon – they are all here, on their own island, surrounded by seas, finished with a special ribbon, hand piped plaque and cake sparkles.
