Fiona made this stunning cake for my Mother’s 80th Birthday celebrations. Not only did it look absolutely beautiful, but it was truly the most delicious sponge cake that any of us had ever tasted! In addition to the joy of eating the cake, the beautiful, intricate posy of flowers, fruits & nuts provides a lasting memory of a beautiful cake and a wonderful evening’s celebrations.
