This stunning 5 tier wedding cake was designed to be special and large enough to feed hundreds of guests an an important Asian wedding. The decoration was simple, yet so elegant, with alternate tiers of ribbon to match the colour scheme and hand piped sugar embroidery lace.
The embroidery lace, from a selection of pretty designs, was picked out and piped directly onto the cake, in crisp white icing, to set against the delicate ivory fondant icing, complimenting the delicate colours in the room.
Each tier was made from sponge of different flavours; tangy lemon, pistachio and cherry, milk chocolate, vanilla with strawberry jam and dark chocolate cakes.
A beautiful cake, suitable for such a wonderful occasion, with the ability to impress and stand admired in a room with such opulent decorations.
